The servers should be refreshed at least once a week.

Over 30 servers shouldnt be hosted from the one machine, even if it isnt the number of zervers that is making it lag.

Drilla alteast you don't have 300+ ping aswell, and since everyone lags on it it is fair.

I don't see how his frames per second (fps) have anything to do with him lagging :P

But yeah, I played with him like two days ago and he warps all over the map, even tho his ping remains in the 66-99 ping range.
