Is Newegg a trusted website? Because this lap

Is out of stock atm in Asus store. As my friend in America will be coming over on the second week of Feb. So I was finding a different website, I found this one.

Is it a trusted site? Plus will I be getting the same accessories, box, etc as in Asus store?

I've done my research and most of them said it's trusted. So what do u guyz think?._.

Yes newegg is a trusted site lol. I ordered a lot of parts to my computer from there.

Why is the Dell better?

I've already ordered the Asus and it's on the way. But if like to know why it is better than the gl551jw

I am setting my sights on that asus laptop Flash linked, so how reliable exactly is it? Because if my HDD fails again it will be the 4th freaking time.

how does a hdd fail? aside from dropping it numerous times while its in operation
