GPU- GTX 970 $230-$320 (used to new) GTX 1070 if you wait for its release soon $380
RAM- 16GB DDR4 $50-$65
Mobo- Micro ATX Mobo($70) ATX Mobo(4120)
Case- Your preference, $40-$100
SSD- 240gb $50-$65
HDD- 1TB $30-$50 2TB $40-$70

$600-$800, depends on if you buy new or used. Would be cheaper if you went with 4th gen intel or 3rd gen and get a Xeon that's very powerful for $50-$70, Figured you'd want a build that would live for next 5 years or so.

All prices were based on ebay, you'd be able to max out or get very close to maxed setting at 1080p for a while in games (depends on if you go 970 or 1070)

With the ATX motherboard makes this close to what i was thinking of. Was thinking of getting a GTX 960 to save money but no going to do that now. Prolly go with 970. Ram is the same. CPU also.

Going for a 960 would get you playing current games at high/max, but some newer games you'd have to run at high/med. You can find a 960 around 100-150, but you'd want a 4gb version, so 125-170. Safer to go for a 970 or 1070 to further future proof yourself for around 5 years or so.
You can go for a $65-$90 mobo, but i chose that one because I've used it, and it's an average price for one like it.

Yeah I got a 960 2GB, trust me you want to put a little extra in. I have a 144hz monitor and I can't run newer games at high/ultra +144 frames at the same time. Feelsbadman.
