It has come to my attention we have alot of lurking SmG members not posting or being in TeamSpeak. I can understand the TeamSpeak thing how some members don't want to talk or come in TeamSpeak. But we need to find out the reason for the lack of posting. If you care about SmG then I shouldn't have to ask you guys to be active. I don't want to ask you guys to be active I want you guys to do it on your own because you genuinenly care and want to be here. Everyone here that is working hard and making sure we have a nice website to post on and servers to be active in, the least you guys could do is post every once in a while. We all work extremely hard to make SmG the best place it can be but all the members that are inactive or not posting for whatever reason hurt us as a clan. Activity is important and I can't force you to be active but I want to get to the root of the problem and figure it out. We have been doing much better as a clan in general but I want to keep the momentum going. We have alot of new things we are working on for the clan which I will post about later on today but the lack of posting and inactivity is starting to be an issue that we need to address. 

So please let me know what is going on? What is making you guys not want to post or be active? I am open to all suggestions.

What that bird person said. There has not been anything really much of interest for the longest of time. Yeah there is the H2V thing, but we dont have anything else that really warrants my opinion. If we got a tekkit server again, or if we actually planned other events, I would pop up more often, otherwise, I am on the forums every few days.
