Well, we don't know her scaling yet. She could be really under powered and feed early game.

I like her passive though. And in her description they said they didn't want a person that just nuked one person on the other team but that offered good cc an good dmg so I'm thinking her scalin will be moderate. Or maybe just have low base dmg and good scaling
