Is this a good build to run Apex at a high FPS ?

I finally decided to build a new PC instead of wasting money on renting PCs. After surfing parts at stores all day I've come to this build 

### PC Build

1. **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
   - **Approx. Cost**: $200 / ₹15,000

2. **GPU**: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super
   - **Approx. Cost**: $250 / ₹19,000

3. **Motherboard**: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
   - **Approx. Cost**: $100 / ₹7,500

4. **RAM**: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
   - **Approx. Cost**: $70 / ₹5,000

5. **Storage**: Kingston A2000 500GB NVMe SSD
   - **Approx. Cost**: $60 / ₹4,500

6. **Power Supply**: EVGA 600 W1, 80+ WHITE 600W
   - **Approx. Cost**: $50 / ₹3,750

7. **Case**: NZXT H510
   - **Approx. Cost**: $70 / ₹5,000

8. **Cooling**: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (Optional, but recommended for better cooling)
   - **Approx. Cost**: $35 / ₹2,500

Is this like excessive or underwhelming ? I don't want anything less than a stable 60 FPS at games like Apex , Ready or not and maybe occasionally valorant
