You avatar isn't the correct dimensions or size. As long as your avatar is equal to or less than 200x200 it will work. It also has to be 3 Megabytes or less.

I have photoshop I can resize it. Send me the image.

Hm... that's weird. Have you tried resizing it or is the gif  200 x 200 and under 1,000 KB in size? If not, it won't work lol 

Maybe i can send it too you and you rezize and ill try it

Sure, that works as well, but http://resizeimage.net/ would also be a great site to crop/edit the image/GIF to 200 x 200
