The hinge has been busted for a while with no issues other than having to be more....persuasive opening and closing the lid haha

the hinge can be fixed,but that screen panel is just so busted i don't think it can fixed ,buying a new screen panel would also cost expensive(close or maybe more than a new laptop i think)so a new one would be better

the cheapest option is buy a monitor and plug it in to the HDMI/Display port. Then use it like that.

I've got like a decent desktop set up so it's not such a bad blow just a sad day for my laptop screen

I do have dual monitors so I can always plug in the HDMI when I need to so I'll probably just do that until I get a new one, that's a good suggestion, thanks!
