Thanks guys I have an idea what would you say if I gave each server a specific rcon password and 1 member or a few was in charge of that server so basically each or a few members have their own server to watch over?

with the outcome... maybe consider training a couple extra members for backups

We are off topic? Aren't we talking about each member having rcon access and helping out the servers, if there are hackers, etc. That is not off topic, we are not off topic. :) (I think... heehee)
