Argentina beat Netherlands in a penalty kick shootout fair and square, the goalie for Netherlands never saved a penalty kick in his career so it's Netherland's fault for making him the top goalie. So there is no luck in this, it was obvious Argentina was going to win the penalties when Netherlands are no longer allowed to sub in their back-up goalie.

Netherlands vs. Brazil the ref was clearly blind the whole time during that game. That penalty Robbin flop and that offside second goal when the whistle was blown for offsides right when the Netherlands kicked the second goal, but the main ref just confirms it as a goal.

This is actually the first time I have ever seen in this World Cup that the ref knows what he is calling in Argentina vs. Germany. The rookie made that game winning kick, he's going to get a lot of dough in the future.
