Argentina beat Netherlands in a penalty kick shootout fair and square, the goalie for Netherlands never saved a penalty kick in his career so it's Netherland's fault for making him the top goalie. So there is no luck in this, it was obvious Argentina was going to win the penalties when Netherlands are no longer allowed to sub in their back-up goalie.

Goalie for penalty kicks? That will be unfortunate because you can't substitute another goalie during penalty kicks. They put that rule up. Netherlands did that and it was not very fair.

Also penalty kicks don't have luck. You must be new to sports or just don't really understand. You win or you lose. There is nothing to do with luck. Penalty kicks take huge concentration and focus. Imagine that doing that with thousands of people around you. Oh wait...you can't because you have zero experience.

I'm not talking about the shots. I understand the shooting. But think about it, the goalie gets lucky on predicting the shot, I understand sometimes its actually skill but either way penalty shootouts are bs. Netherlands with 56% ball possesion should tell you straight up.

I hugely disagree. The goalie is trained to learn where the ball will go by shooters body movement. The shooter will always try to trick the goalie.
