I've learned to give up on that. I've been obsessing over someone making an actual halo movie for the longest time and they came so close but the money ended up going towards district 9. Fortunately, District 9 ended up being a great movie in my opinion so the money was still well spent.

Yeah knew about that and I get pretty upset. I know they can easily make an amazing Halo movie. But money gets in the way and sadly a Halo movie will take all lot of money. I'm just going to wat for Halo Nightfall and see how good that is,

The problem is more in the plot line and what they can do about making it original, yet sticking to the original storyline.
One of those crash and burn or win hard type movies.

I think if they will make a movie it should be on First Contact on Harvest. It has a great plot for a movie and it will follow the actual story of Halo.

You still want originality. Otherwise those that know the story will be bored out of their minds.

First Contact on Harvest is original. You can make it based off from the book Halo: First Strike. It's part of the conan and the main character can be Sgt. Johnson.
