Neeed help

i have an ASUS laptop and im having internet problems with it but the internet is fine i cannot run or install anti-virus or malware remover at all because it needs internet i checked everything and cant find anything wrong with it. I turned the proxy off but still said cant connect to the webpage even though my laptop has internet i tried the trouble shoot but it doesn't find any problems and i dont have any restore disc i have no idea what to do

I also tried to remove the virus with safe mode and network but i still cant connect

So what can i do.

Are you using wifi? If yes, then use an ethernet cable and try again; if no, download the lan/wireless card driver off another computer from the manufacturer's website and save it to your usb so you can install it on your computer. If that still doesnt work, restore your computer to a previous date and if all else fails, reinstall your os.

I had an old Asus ROG that used to have the wifi die on it randomly and the only way to fix it was to reinstall windows on it. Sucked so bad. Then I built a desktop and everything was better.

Reinstalling Windows and the drivers will certainly fix the problem for some time unless your wifi chip is physically messed up
