Alright it's the first time it has happened to me. Google Chrome, was on the Promotions and Demotions thread and I couldn't scroll. Tried my laptop touchpad and didn't work either. I tried refreshing and it still didn't work. I had to go to View New Posts and then go back to the thread to fix it.

Yea the scroll wheel for some reason doesnt work
nvm it worked again by closing and reopening tab

Yeah, only happens with Chrome. Must be a random bit of coding that needs tweaking.
