I still don't think this'll make junkrat that good. It'll be like the Reaper change. Better than before, but still not Instapick.

And oh yeah, QP is a bit dumb. But I can still pull off low deaths there.

I think the changes are good as long as the E is => 30s
Instead of constantly just sitting in the back and hiding/healing the whole game and then q once you finally kill the opposite team it forces a slightly more offensive play style and removes the annoyance of team resurrections
