D. Va's getting missiles, pewpew. 

Changes coming to D. Va:
Defense Matrix:
- Energy Drain increased by 2x (uptime reduced by 50%)

Boosters:
- Can use fusion cannons while flying

New - Micro Missiles:
- small missiles exploding on impact
- deals damage in a small radius
- can be used with other abilities and firing her fusion cannons

The ONLY reason Dva is good and picked so much is for her defense matrix. Extra damage is so useless. This is really bad for her.

I'm pretty sure the new DVA will help out really well if ur going for dive comp, but if ur going for more a defensive play, yea she's worse.

Though with the new DVA u could combo stuff like this: dive a person (preferebly a healer), tell ur winston to follow up with a jump, spam missles and keep hitting and there u have it, 1 person eliminated. the other healer can be dealt with using genji & tracer
