So you wanna apply to be a member in the SmG community! 

Here's everything you need to know! Step by Step!

Registering for forums

1. Register and Agree to terms and conditions

Click Button (1) to Register and Button (2) to Agree to our terms and conditions.




2. Fill in Details and click Register

Fill in your details in all fields.
Tick the options you'd like for notifications and put in your timezone. 
Add in your trusty referrer. (Give them credit for helping!)
Last thing to do is the security question and don't forget to verify your human existence! (with a captcha)

Applying to the Community

1. Applying
Click Button (3) to begin your application process.

You will then be taken to the application thread where all applications are submitted.
There is a simple format for applications shown as follows.


You can format your application to your liking (show us your style) as long as all highlighted information (except for the optional ones of course) is present.
Scroll down further to find the "Post Thread" Button on the right below the application format.

2. Posting Your Application

How do I post, you may ask? Or you might not, but here it is anyway.
The way you post threads will remain the same throughout the entire site.
There will always be a "Post Thread" button in all appropriate sections.


A - Thread Subject
Refers to the subject of the thread, which in this case if your application.
Make sure it is relevant to your topic so that members can understand what your thread is about.
In this case, something like "Application", "My application", "App" etc, no need to be formal if you don't want to be!
B - Emojis
Go ham or go home, there for you to add some fun to your post.
C - Body
This is where you type your thread content, in this case, your application would go here.

3. Meeting the requirements

You'll need to clear some requirements for your application to be accepted! 
One way is (the easiest way) is to make an introduction thread right here with this link!

Remember it'll be 25 words or more about yourself, just so the community can get to know you!
Another way to clear requirements is to talk to SmG Members!
Once you get to know any of them well enough, you can get them to vouch for you!
This way you'd need 2 Members to vouch for you or 1 Staff Member (Recruiter or above) by posting on your application.

4. Wait
After all this, a Recruiter or a Staff Member will handle the rest for you!
