What are your views?
It's a complex problem. Personally I don't mind it in comp? Like I'm the guy that everyone wants in their game. I fill (quite well at my role), encourage the team, call for plays and do everything I can to get a win. So for me, dealing with a 1 trick is part of every day life and to be honest I honestly do not mind them.

1 tricks aren't as big of a problem as the same 1 tricks being on the same team.
If OW had a role system where it put 2 DPS one-tricks, 2 Tank OTPs, and 2 Support OTPs on a team, you'd hear a lot less complaints I bet.

The issue lies in 5 OTP mercys showing up on a team, especially in the higher ranking GM games.

You can't just make people 2 2 2 because you think that's best. I've seen 4 1 1 or even 6 0 0 work. Just report them for refusing to play as a team.

I agree unless they are actually willing to switch but that doesnt happen often. You normally just end up with some hanzo one trick that actually thinks hes good xD
