Is it just me or does it take forever to rank up in csgo, the fact is the game expects you to be at professional level 24/7 meaning if you game casually like me then your gonna have some issues ranking up, it took me almost a year to rank up to rank 2! If anyone else is having this problem please let me know!

If u play comp. u get 1k for lose 1.5k exp for a win. For comp ranking, get top frag and have @least 8 MVP stars to rank up.

You should only worry about your rank in comp, not exp rank

Don't worry about it taking time. Just play and improve at the game and you'll slowly rankup.
Took me about 3-4 months to rank up from DMG to LEM. When I started to play csgo last summer I got to mg in about 1-2 months, got placed in sem

The level service is like this,easy in the beggening and hard in the later levels,and the ranking as made espeficly to that purpose,to be difficult to get to the next rank,this as been made too diferenciate the good from the bad(don´t wanna offend anyone).

Rather than worrying about your rank and exp, you should think about your team in every single game and round, then you should figure what type of strats are right with you and your team, then you will have to worry about your aim, keep stress to a minimum and if you face a cheater, either deal with it till your last round and report them or else just surrender.
