Maybe have more "___ Of the Month" stuff. Like "Best Sig of the Month"? You could enter in your sig and people vote which one they like best 'n stuff. Or maybe SmG Fan Art, and see who can create SmG logos the best... maybe even use them for merch? I personally wouldn't have any shame in wearing SmG socks tbh. xD Fr tho, that would be cool.

A simple suggestion for SmG would be to probably make the interface of the website a little easier to move around on, because most new member just give as they call it "too hard" or "can't find it" so I think it would probably up the numbers of members joining

Find a way to use the reps for something. Currently, the reps do not give any meaningful value. Probably a shop-like system where people can purpose something or maybe unlock features to their SmG profiles.
