As i have slight autism, and ADHD, i struggle to listen and get stuck behind, i am on the 4th term of my GCSE's and need some help with concentration.

Listening to music that relaxes me helps a lot when I'm doing something I need to do you can give that a try.

I cannot help but get distracted, due to my adhd.

What if you brought a stress ball to class? I have issues concentrating as well, but I've found that fiddling with something like a stress ball/playdoh/fidget cube helps me think and helps with being anxious too. Maybe try that out?

I already did, it doesn't work with my mind and makes me more distracted.

Already have a girlfriend but she distracts me from my work even more lel.

I don't have a school, because of bullies i literally officially left it just now, but might consult a new school counsellor at my next school.
