Personally i'd recommend you playing "the noob champions" because they are very helpful in learning the game. It doesn't mean they aren't playable for higher skill levels but in the end they are the champs that are the most worth.

I suggest playing what speaks to you tbh, who looks cooler in a splash art is the best start imo.
