How to play games on PC with a PS4 controller?

Some games prefer Xbox controllers rather than PS4 controllers so for many owners of the PS4 controller is it  not possible to play any game with them.

I am also a victim who could not play all games with the PS4 controller

until I found out on Youtube how it works

Its a Programm with the name InputMapper 

Its easily to install and after the installation plug your controller with

USB in and start playing!

remember one the program must always be open if you want to use your PS4 controller but you can minimize the program

You know, I'm still surprised that Sony haven't created drivers for the PS4 controller. You would think it would be great to hook up your PS4 controller to your PC without third party support.

but the choice is yours.

They have created drivers, they just made it so they only work for the PS now game streaming service. But thats pretty cool, you could probably use that for any type of controller.

Honestly, most games tend to work with my ps4 controller on PC, though the button prompts still appear as Xbox. There is also an app called ds4windows that also makes ps4 controllers work on pc if they otherwise would not.
