So I bought bo3 last year played it for 2 months and deleted it because i needed space and my old computer couldn't run it as well, i recently just re downloaded it with the new computer that i recently built and every time i got to launch it, it says do you want to enable safe mode i say no and it just never launches, i pull up task manager and it doesn't even show up (sometimes it does in background process but not usually) but it shows on discord and steam i am playing it, I've tried deleting my anti virus software both windows and malware bytes, Ive tried deleting some of the game files and verifying them through steam, and Ive restarted my computer and re installed steam many of times and still can't seem to get it to launch if you can please help me that would be great!

[SOLVED] - NZXT cam software overlay was not responding with bo3 causing it to crash, i disabled cam and it worked just fine, if you have any overlays and you're having this problem try to disable them!

My specs are
i5 8600k @5.0ghz overclocked
water cooled by nzxt kraken x52 aio 240mm radiator in push configuration
16gb ddr4 3200mhz corsair vengeance rgb ram
120gb ssd corsair force gt
2tb green wd
gtx 960 ssc 4gb (going to 1080ti in summer)

i know for sure its not the fact that i can't run the game bc i was able to on my 6 y/o outdated computer at 60fps on very low everything!

i havn't even been able to launch the game but if im assuming it would be my monitor default which is 1920 x 1080

@SmG SORT I would first say try to reinstall Black Ops 3 completely to another drive if possible.

Then if that doesn't work try running it and safe mode.

Black Ops 3 can be very glitching but I can help you get it working. Will you be around in discord tomorrow? We can trouble shoot the problem faster that way.

Do you use NZXT CAM software because it will prevent BO3 from running also FRAPS

not exactly sure what you mean, i use cam for my nzxt watercooler for my pc, thats how i control everything like my overclocks, and fan speeds, and led light, i use the geforce overlay for game monitoring, like fps and what not!

NZXT CAM has a weird bug where it will prevent BO3 from running dont know why but it does ! close CAM before you launch BO3 and it should work !
