Depends on what kind of computer you want to use. Macs have Final Cut Pro. Windows has all the Adobe stuff.

I prefer Lightworks because I'm cheap :P

I use adobe AE but i heard Sony vegas is really good at video editing and is more user friendly ! but sadly they both cost money ):
