I would go for having to speak whatever comes out my mind. Being silent for the rest of my life would force me to suicide :/

It's depends on the situation. For me I will try not to hurt anybody with my thoughts, or at least I make them hurt less depends on the situation.

My mind is in a very, very dark place. So I think the safer option would be to never speak again.
