make a new role 
something like discord peace keeper or something 
they  are only related with the discord server 
( and make me head of that )
in which mainly are ppl who are active mostly 
- their right should be only a temporary chat mute or ban u decide the time 
so that they are always their too mute the spammers the adverts and the mic rappers
- what they do is mute the person for the temporary time and then report the person on report a user channel and request a ban on them 
its a out of the blue idea 
but it help remove the load on mods and supps to stay active just so they are their when some one is spamming in the chat 

i propose this idea cause i am noticing a lot of such situations createing in chat and even the little delay from mods which is inevitable 
causes to break most of the conversations 
i could have though about this a bit more but meh
