New Inactivity Rules

It has been decided to change the inactivity rules for SmG community to make things simpler to understand and to reduce the workload for staff.

If a Member is inactive for more than 3 months then they are removed from the community. This includes all Members regardless of rank.

If a member has changed their status to Away then we allow 12 months of inactivity before they are removed from the community.

One week prior to inactive Members being removed, we will announce the upcoming removals on both the forums and on the Discord server.
This will be the only warning for Members before being removed, we will no longer contact individuals separately.

Makes sense. I assume what qualifies as inactivity hasn't changed?
