i have been playing csgo for 2 years and have many knowledge as leadership
why i make a team?cause im good in this game bad sometimes have bad team mate.. i can't having fun while keep losing 

only play at mirage for now
should have knowledge about :
smoke
flash
rotation team defense
always learning new thing in the map
speak english & Friendly it's a must

I have not played in almost a year but from experience you should get to know more maps than mirage to get good. If you want to take this seriously, you need to have at least four maps that you and your team can play with no problem. Also to get good as a team it will take more than two-three matches, try upwards of ten matches a day. @SmG PDrilla and I played a lot together so if you want help we'll try to help when we can but we've stopped playing heavily like we did. We can help with how to play certain situations than anything at this point.

de_inferno
de_overpass
de_cache

play rotations of all of these maps and figure what position you like and what tactics you and/or your team would do.
the types of plays are almost limitless.
