I was warned once and muted for using speaking NSFW in the Chill chat. While speaking in general I was banned with no warning all I was doing was replying is another person who had been spamming for some time then I was banned with no clue why I was banned. I feel as if i were being picked on, other users were saying way worse things than I was and ear rapping. When I was muted I had asked the channel before if it were ok to tell the story I was about to tell and everyone said yes and mod came in and warned me not to and muted me stating hed unmute in 20min, but he never did.

So let me be clear, you were warned once already and rather than be more careful in future and apologise, you decided to break more rules. Mods are not here to babysit your behaviour and if you've been warned once, then it makes sense for them to ban you the moment stepped further out of line. Clearly you haven't understood the rules clearly so there would be no reason to keep you in the server any longer, and instead result in a ban.

Just to be clear you were banned for blantantly spamming the chat. I will give you a chance to counter this statement by one of the mods.
