I actually don't know if this thread was made already or not but which do you guys prefer?

I personally would rather dubbed over subbed. I just don't always feel like reading subtitles when I'm watching a show. I'll watch a subbed anime if that's all there is but ya know. :p

Subs definitely are universally better because they tend to fit the characters better. Funimation and other companies only have a small pool of voice actors to choose from so you hear lot's of English dubs with recurring voice actors.

But if there is a dub for an amime I pick that because I would rather not read subs as it can take away some of the enjoyment. Especially if the anime is action packed. Also I'm a slow reader and sometimes the subs are hard to keep up.

The only anime I can stomach watching dubbed for is DBZ. Subbed usually sounds more natural and 100 times better (imo), reading is ghei tho I do agree with that.
