1. Procrastination — is a slow poison to success. I'm good here. But it is an internal battle.
   
   
2. Snacking — often induced by boredom. I am a sinner.
   
   
3. Gym Skippage — skipping one workout quickly escalates to not going for months. I see it happen all the time. I'm holy.
   
   
4. Daydreaming — I can be worlds away while seeming to be listening. Sorry
   
   
5. Hypocrisy — frequently, even years after the fact, I find myself doing the exact thing I judged someone else for. Working on improving this.
   
   
6. Evil Humor — I think of jokes at the worst moments and at the expense of others. I keep them to myself though. My heart isn't black yet.
