After the update to how usernames work for logging in ( if you aren't sure what i'm referring to please visit here: https://smgclan.net/showthread.php?tid=15612)

I noticed a lot of people complaining about not being able to log into their accounts, this problem tends to occur when members either don't leave themselves logged in, change devices, log out, clear history etc.

It would be helpful if either on the login prompt it states something like " If you are an SmG member do not add the SmG Prefix to your name it is done automatically for you"

Another way to approach it is to ensure Supports in their welcome message on the forums alert users of this.

If possible could it be possible to make it so that you could login regardless if you put the SmG or not @«SmG» Wires

There was an announcement up for 8 months telling people not to use SmG when they log in. It is now up to who ever accepts them to tell them now.

Your saying that putting a little prompt there wouldn't help? It would like eliminate the issue completely. How would the person if new. . See the announcement lol

A little reminder on the login page wouldn’t hurt at all IMO. We’re all human, whoever accepts their application may forget, or the new user may simply not read it at that time. If they’re stuck on the login page attempting to login they’re more than likely to see the message there.

Even i forget sometimes. Granted mostly because I rarely log out

I never log out unless I delete my search history and it automatically logs out
