Look when i play with talon i use this Core Items

Youmuu's Ghostblade Gives lethality some cooldown reduction and has an activatable that helps catching up to enemies or escaping from them.

Duskblade of Draktharr This item gives lethality and has 2 unique passives one of them gives extra damage on the next basic attack scaling on level and the other allows you to see invisible wards with a cooldown of 90 seconds.

The Black Cleaver This item gives some HP 20% cooldown reduction and 2 unique passives one of them is reducing their armor by 4% for 6 seconds by being dealt damage stacking up to 24% and the other gives 20 movement speed for 2 seconds to the user when he deals physical damage and when he kills or takes an assist on an enemy kill the user gets 60 movement speed for 2 seconds.

I uses this combos depending of the team and the enemy champions

1. R,W,Q,AA,AA Medium(DMG) Slow Combo
2. Q,W,AA,R,AA Heavy(DMG) Fast Combo
3. R,Q,AA Medium(DMG) Medium Combo Speed
4. W,Q,AA,AA,R Heavy(DMG) Slow Combo
5.R,Q,W,AA Burst(DMG) Quick Combo

Look With Talon you must keep your eye out for chances to assist allies on other lanes , map awarness helps Talon roam safer and allows him to snowball more.  Talon is mostly alone he does not need to cooperate with his team too much because if you manage to snowball you should be able to help push in other lanes or kill other enemy laners aside from the midlaner.  Talon in team fights is useful because he can ignore the frontline and go straight to the backline by either using  Shadow Assault or using  Assassin's Path that way you help your team get in on the enemies way safer.
