Re: Computer

This isn't the permanent solution, probably a virus, open cmd, enter "shutdown -a" (without the quotes).
You should even check your power management plan and set the settings to never if on desktop, as for laptop do it accordingly , idk how once my HD set to shutdown in 20 mins. lol :D

Aloot of old computers have a problem of overheating, my last laptop had that....

The solution to it was strange(at least for my case)..... whenever I "Shut Down" my computer and then started it up it wud never switch off.
BUT
If I put it on "Hibernate" or "Sleep" and then switched it bak on, it wud always automatically switch off, after some time.

Try doing that, there is a slight chance it will work.

Re: Computer

well my PHONE does that too lol
i turn it off, then it suddenly rings in class, then usually gets confiscated by teachers. the only possible solution is to remove the battery and put it in the locker :\

Re: Computer

I had a desktop computer doing the same thing. It would switch itself off due to overheating. I installed a second fan, problem solved.
Don't piss off old people.
The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
