 i would suggest to make a new button named "Meet us" or something like that

so we put a list of the top 50 smg members and introduce them , the games they play , what have they did for the community Etc. ...

so if we dislike someone...we just go there to know who s/he is , maybe we are wrong and they are so good ? 

this page will also make the new users feel comfortable, so they would know what they have joined and see who much people got tired to rise SmG

Not worth the hassle to pick who's better or who's worse, there's the introduction section which you can use to introduce yourself with, no need for others to tell who and what the specific things they like or dislike. It's not about comparing who did the most for the community, it's about how much heart and effort you put into it and getting recognised by others. Recognition is through dedication and hardwork, not votings nor self-bragging.
I seriously don't think this would make new users any more comfortable but only confuse them, since we already have an amount of sections in the forum.
Another thing, if you dislike someone, keep it to yourself, no point of shit talking someone and possibly ruin their day just for your ranting.

guys you all are right , but we need to see in a vantage point what have we done to others and how would they see us , describing ourselves is perfect tho , but maybe alot of people dont know you. so they know who you are in the Meet the SmG
