What? Adding segments alone could make things slow or make the software crash. It doesn't look necessary to me at least. She could just use a texture and configure it to a certain reflectiveness. Also, you must consider distance from the camera, as that helps. With some renders, models automatically get less detailed as to help it run better, but if she keeps it at a reasonable distance, it should look good and work fine.

Can you see the edges around the eyes? thats what i meant by "look smoother", addinig subdivisions won't crash your software, unless you multiply it by 120, then it could
