LMFAO. Just when I thought I was getting better, my anxiety comes back running to me. I'm literally all over the place and a hot mess as of right now. There's so much thoughts running across my mind and emotions I'm feeling. I'm literally being affected by so many factors; from school to religion and from family to friends. 

But I'll be fine. I just needed to let it all out, have some time to myself, and meditate and I'll be back to myself in no time ;3

(I should probably get a diary, but I suck at doing certain things on a daily basis and my handwriting is sloppy. Gotta hate left-handers, am I right? *wink*)

Anxiety is a serious problem with alot of people. Leona you cannot make that control your life. Tell that bitch to shut up and live your life! But I have alot of friends that told me about it and how hard it can be. Luckily I have no idea what anxiety really is. Good luck and remember SmG has your back everyday.

Diary is just a recommendation for a routine. Something you can fall back to get your head centered again. Doesnt need to be one specifically. Have something you can do daily, that could calm you down. Clean your pc? Fold clothes? Puzzles? Sudoku? Make yourself a routine out of anything and hopefully that will help you.

yup. it does. Ive just learned to live with it. Also I happen to be the only person I know that is a right handed person (maybe i just don't know that many people lol)
