My computer for some reason keeps resetting every time I turn it off.....If I download an Image it disappears when I turn my computer off MonkaThink

you need to format it once maybe or show it to some tec expert

Back up your valuable files and try a factory reset. Usually fixes everything.

i have that problem once but when i format it its gone so DO IT! ! SmGLove

Do you have anti-virus ? or anti malware

i may be able to help you i think i know what is ur problem but i need to take a better look first but for now try so remember when it happend what did u do before this happened it may be some bug from a program and if u want me to help you tell me is ur card invidia or AMD ?
