Found this one online and its very cheap. That might put up a red flag for some people cus they usually are like £1k all the way to £500, but lets see if you approve. Hope i helped

Meh i doubt it would be very good at all. He can find better because his budget is £400 such as a GTX 1060ti ;)

just save a little more and buy him fully-customized pc
