well you probably heard the old saying eat big , work hard and let the results kick in , that is true so I'm going to tell you how to get big in these 3 steps:

1. Have a high calorie diet( eat more than normal ) without eating junk food. why have a high caloric diet? well if you want to get big you need to eat more calories that consist of high protein and carbs and if you want to lose weight do the opposite ( eat less calories than normal )

2. work hard , lift heavy or push yourself to the max till your body get low energy  

3. be confident , probably asking yourself why? then here's an example : you want to talk to this hot girl from school that you like and when u eventually start talking to her you start feeling nervous and feeling awkward because you finally approached her but you will most likely won't talk to get again basically its cause you don't feel confident in yourself, your shy and afraid of getting rejected. Here's an advice try to be confident, be happy, loosen up the shyness and don't be afraid to fail its part of life and try talking to a lot of girls no matter how they look it will help build up your confidence so it won't feel awkward and nervous when talking to your crush ( I should call this muscle and crush tips then hm )
