I have the patch..Also tried compaitiblity mode . Turned of anti aliasing in Nvidia but still it crashes as soon as I open it. It says hardware acceleration is disabled .

What graphics card do u have
2gb NVIDIA GeForce MX110 graphics and also intel UHD Graphics

Update:
Ensure ur card's drivers are up to date
Check to see if u have .NET 3.5 if u don't download it
Check if you have direct X as well

Update:
Ensure ur card's drivers are up to date
Check to see if u have .NET 3.5 if u don't download it
Check if you have direct X as well
Drivers are updated and also have the latest Direct X and also .NET 3.5
