Due to the severe lack of posting in the welcome section. I am doing a two week test run on the Welcome section with post count enabled. If it gets spammed then I will remove it again.

In order to counterbalance the possible spam I have raised the minimum character count for a post to 10. Remember everyone make meaningful posts.
