I was using a voice changer. I didnt know it was disallowed.

We do not outlaw voice changers completely, but we are against using them excessively. Constantly using them can be quite frustrating to deal with.
I've looked through the logs and apart from the occasional brain slip you seem to have been a decent member.

For now you have been unbanned and you will be allowed to reapply for membership in a week.
