l got an sign in error that tell me than l cant sign into live so am sorry but so if anyone know how to fix it then l should be happy.

is my virus protecter norton that block me to sign in any of xbox live games and that way l cant sign in :(

Go to the Norton Firewall window... and add Windows live as an exception or allowed...
