Easier said than done. It is idealistic,, not that practical. It has been said before Finland's education system wouldnt be easy to replicate anywhere else because of culture. Same with other countries. What works for Finland may not work for the US. That doesn't mean it needs a change. It certainly requires one but with its own big twit to it. That is what proves difficult. You have a swarm of cultures with their own ideals, even when they have been living here for long periods of time. Japan has a highly competitive education system. It lets downs some but at the same time it produces quality professionals. They have centered they culture around discipline and working for the benefit of the whole community over their own benefit. We got to find our own way, our own method.
