so this girl (her name is Serana) that i really like, she wont marry me no matter how many times i ask because she is too stubborn so maybe i could get someone to hypnotize her? i know it sounds fucked up but i promise i would take her on only the grandest of adventures across Tamriel.

As this is rather a game than asking for love advices

It's obviously from Skyrim's Dawnguard DLC, as pointed out Serana the vampire.

But either way, if you wanna marry her, you shouldn't having a wife already in the game, and you should wear the "Amulet of Mara"

When you talk to her while having it worn, it'll trigger the character to ask if you are interested in them.
