It actually depends on how severe it is sometimes its better to discuss it with others and sometimes its not. But what I do when im in bad mood is listen to music and sleep it off :D
What I always do is start playing sports... It really helps at least for me, just the feeling of having nothing on your head and nothing else to worry about.
Or I listen to music and go out for a walk in nature
I put DnB on really loud in my headset if my mood is extremely bad.
If it’s just bad I watch a movie and just go to sleep so I don’t ruin other people mood.
