Have u guys ever have control on yourselves in your dreams ??
2 or 3 years ago I had horror dreams regularly. I used to suddenly wake at times while sleeping due to these dreams
Then one day I noticed I could actually know that I was in a dream.
That doesn't happen every time. People just can't realise in dreams if they are in a dream or in a real life.
Or maybe some are able like I was able to. Very weird things happen in our dreams and we just accept them, don't we ?
Well, what I wanted to say is that I was able to realise that I was in a dream and I was quite confident that nothing would happen to me and whenever some evil came by me, I tried to open my eyes so that the dream ends and I don't wake in panic.
It was like I have control on myself in my dreams. I can walk or do anything on my will.
Weird right ? Haha yes it is but it happened to me. And to make sure that I have control, I tried opening my eyes a few times.
It's true.

But I can't sense that these days. That only happens when I'm tired af and go to deep sleep.

Has something similar happened to you guys ??

i can control a few dreams that are usually neutral
the ones i can't control are horrible

Haha it's just reverse with me
I have that control when I assume that I'm gonna dream something horrible and I wish to have control on myself haha

Try to do some meditating before you sleep, at least 15-25 minutes each night, and you'll find it easier to lucid dream.
