Why can't people learn to just respect and love one another than just accepting them for who they are?

There's a theory about that: Our brain is lazy to accept or learn new things (There are so many scientifical proofs for this so don't doubt), so if you are a lazy guy the easiest reaction for you is fighting back. People just take guards against new things and fight them instead of trying to learning and accepting them. And that's all because of the laziness of our brain so we can't blame people for being naturally like that!
